Coach Cody Willets (CoCoWills), 

is a dual-certified Health and Life Coach, E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, and Behavioral Health Specialist with a passion for helping individuals create lasting, meaningful change. With a background as a performance athlete, actor, director, yogi, and educator, Cody brings a unique, holistic approach to coaching—blending science-backed strategies with mindfulness, movement, and personal empowerment.


His expertise lies in:

Cody’s journey is one of resilience, transformation, and deep personal growth. Raised as a military dependent, he learned early on how to navigate change and adapt to life’s challenges. His personal experiences—including overcoming adversity, rebuilding after setbacks, and mastering self-discipline—fuel his compassionate, results-driven coaching style.


Currently pursuing NBHWC certification (completion July 2025) and ICF PCC accreditation (over 200 coaching hours completed), Cody remains dedicated to continuous learning and excellence in coaching. He creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their goals, overcome obstacles, and take action toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
